Today, at the Quantum Business Europe Conference, TNO, QuTech and The Cronos Group have announced a new initiative to leverage the potential of quantum technology: Quantum for Business. Quantum for Business is a uniquely positioned central platform with the goal to make (academic) quantum knowledge available to businesses and thereby, raising the adoption of quantum technology in the market.
Quantum for Business is a not-for-profit initiative that aims to educate and connect. It will facilitate an ecosystem with hardware and software vendors and create partnerships with consultancy firms for industry specific solutions. This new platform guides startups, frontrunner businesses and other interested organizations in their journey to be prepared for the quantum revolution.
We are excited to launch the Quantum for Business platform today. In the coming months, we will engage with suppliers and partners to share solutions and industry specific content on the platform. Quantum for Business will start campaigns to connect and engage business organizations. The first tailor-made business specific courses are being created and will be available on short notice. The platform will be enriched with all kinds of content, such as basic concepts explained through The School of Quantum and QuTech Academy MOOC’s.
Through regular updates, courses, events and online community happenings, Quantum for Business will connect the companies and universities that develop new quantum technologies, with the businesses that can use them.
